Reach out to our support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure the Item

Carefully repackage the furniture in its original shipping box and protective materials to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
